2022 PHG Original Six Summer 4 on 4

The divisions for the 4 on 4 will be as follows:     

     U10 - 2013 and 2012 birth year     

     U12 - 2011 and 2010 birth year

PHG will be hosting 4 teams in each of the U10 and U12 divisions.  Each team will consist of a maximum of 12 players and 1 goalie.  Athletes may register as an individual or group.  Team adjustments may be made to ensure competitive games.

All games will be played during the week (Monday - Thursdays) between the hours of 5:15pm - 8:45pm. 

Guaranteed 7 games/athlete.

Location: TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre

Starting: July 4, 2022

Finishing: August 4, 2022

Cost: $279.00/athlete + GST.  = $292.95

Registration: Complete and email the Original Six Registration Form and e-transfer payment to parklandhockeygroup@gmail.com.  Registration closes on June 30, 2022.
